Payment
Payments are to be made by bank transfer, cash payments can be made on delivery or collection of that item. please contact us when ordering to discuss payment options.
Returns (Thailand Customers)
Our customers should be assured that our guarantee is unconditional and if for any reason the item or items do not come completely up to your satisfaction we should be informed within 14 days of receipt of the goods that they are intended to be returned. After this period it will be considered that all items are sold. Items returned must be in the same condition as first delivered.
Lay Away Plan

A lay away scheme is available to allow those of you who want a particular item but may need a little time to acquire the finance to afford it. For item or items with a total retail value of 10,000 or over, we offer a period of three months in which the item may be held unit the full cash payment is settled. A deposit of 20% is required, but the balance may be paid in however many stages (over the three months) that suits your own pocket. Once the full payment is made the item will be deilvered. Failure to complete the transaction within the allowed time will bring about the forfeit of the deposit.
Use of Gold, Silver and Bronze
The above terms unless otherwise stated are used purely to define the colouration, or the grade of a certain award and does not imply, unless otherwise stated, that the item is manufactured from pure gold, silver or bronze.
Shipping
All shipping will be done, by either EMS or Fed Ex with in Thailand unless otherwise specified, local collection and delivery options are also available. For overseas orders all shipping will be done by international courier, with the items fully insured. Once your order is placed we will confirm you shipping method. all shipping charges are invoiced.
